Our programs strive to promote health and wellness.  To accomplish this, we utilize a number of programs and services aimed to assist participants in achieving wellness in mind, body, and spirit.

Nvwati, a Cherokee word meaning “the source of all things, the complete authority in nature, good medicine,” serves as our foundation. Our programs are uniquely tailored to the individual's needs as it is assumed that we must each travel a journey to find our own path.

Our goal is to raise self-confidence and awareness and to transform destructive behavioral patterns into more constructive paths.  We strive to help individuals "take the reins" and recognize they have a voice and a choice in their lives.  This happens through the unique opportunity of working with a horse.  Through Equine Assisted Therapy, we give a vehicle to allow clients to move forward – to pass into healing and to build their core strength.

All of our programs take place at the C Horse Sanctuary, a farm built on the neutral zone between two Native American nations, the northern nation being the Cherokee nation; the southern the Creek.  As such, the ground upon which the farm stands is considered sacred ground and thought to have natural healing properties.
